1.General provisions. These Purchase-Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) when purchasing goods in the Farmer’s A. Žėkas farm e-shop .
The moment of concluding the purchase-sale agreement.

2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer in the e-shop, after forming a shopping cart, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method and reading our rules, clicks the “Submit order” button.

2.2. Every contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer is stored in the e-shop.

3.1. Seller ‘s rights. The Seller may, in important circumstances, temporarily or permanently terminate the activities of the e-shop without notifying the Buyer in advance.

3.2. If the Buyer tries to impair the operation or stable operation of the e-shop, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of these rules without prior notice.

3.4. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.

3.5. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in the e-shop may not correspond in their color, shape or other parameters to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

4.1. Obligations of the seller. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer and within the agreed delivery period.

5.1. Obligations of the buyer. By using the e-shop, the buyer agrees with these purchase and sale rules and must follow them.

5.2. The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed amount for them.

5.3. If the data provided in the Buyer’s order form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.

5.4. If the Buyer, at the time of delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without important reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of delivery of the goods.

6.1. Delivery of goods. The goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller’s authorized representative within 1-2 working days. Goods that the Seller does not have in its warehouse at the time of ordering, are delivered within 5 – 7 working days.

6.2. If the Buyer notices a violation of the consignment, the Buyer has the right not to accept the consignment and mark it in the consignment note.

6.3. The Buyer will be informed by e-mail exactly when the goods will be delivered.

6.4. Delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays. Also, delivery is not made to the Curonian Spit. 6.5. During the delivery of the goods, the buyer, together with konarskiogeles.lt authorized representative – courier, must check the condition of the shipment and sign an invoice, bill of lading or other document of delivery – acceptance of the shipment. After signing, the condition of the shipment is considered to be satisfactory to the buyer. At a time when the buyer is not satisfied with the condition of the consignment, he must draw up a free-form act of violation of the consignment and present it to the courier’s representative who brought the goods.

7.1. Returning the goods. Return of goods takes place in accordance with 2001. August 17th. By the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania On the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication.

7.2. In the event of defective goods, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective goods in the shortest possible time. If it is not possible to replace the defective goods, then the Seller either returns the money to the Buyer or replaces the goods with similar ones.

7.3 At the request of the buyer, quality goods can be exchanged or returned by a separate agreement within 14 days of receipt. The returned goods must be undamaged, unused, suitable for resale and otherwise in accordance with the condition at the time of purchase. In this case, the transport costs are paid by the Buyer.

8.1. Responsibility. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order form.

8.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions performed using the konarskiogeles.lt e-store.

8.3. The buyer is responsible for the transfer of login data to third parties. If third parties use the Buyer’s login data, the Buyer is responsible for the actions performed by the third party.

8.4. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites via links in the Seller’s e-shop.

8.5. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the damage.
